Medical Coverage
Emergency medical expenses (due to illness, injury, altitude sickness, etc.)
Hospitalization and doctor’s fees
Emergency evacuation (especially important in remote/high-altitude regions like Ladakh, Spiti, or Nepal)
Repatriation of remains (in the rare case of death)

Trip Cancellation / Interruption
Refunds if you need to cancel before departure due to covered reasons (e.g., illness, death in family, natural disaster)
Compensation if your trip is cut short due to emergencies

Lost or Delayed Baggage
Reimbursement for lost, stolen, or damaged luggage
Coverage for delayed baggage (costs of essential items like clothing/toiletries)

Travel Delays
Reimbursement for meals, hotel stays, and alternate transportation if your flight/train is delayed for several hours

Personal Liability
Covers you if you accidentally cause injury to someone or damage their property
Adventure Activity Coverage (optional or add-on)
Trekking, cycling, motorbiking, or high-altitude activities (often requires a higher tier or special rider)

Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

• 45 days prior to arrival: 15% of the Tour / service cost will be retained by us.
• 25 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost will be retained by us.
• 15 days prior to arrival: 100% of the Tour / service cost will be retained by us.

Refund Timeline : Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 07 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.

It Depends on a tour to tour generally for High Altitude Tours not beyond 65 yrs.
